Sometimes i can just sit down at my computer and the words just flow.

When exercising, your body releases endorphins - chemicals that produce positive feelings and help you relax.

Some studies suggest that a positive mood boosts creativity because it increase activity in the parts of the brain associated with decision-making and emotion.
